A personal thank you to both you and your staff for the excellent way in which you conducted all the funeral arrangements for my late Father. When one is faced with a sudden bereavement it is a great shock and it was very comforting to be so pleasantly received and well looked after by everyone at J. P. Keates and Son. All the funeral arrangements went seamlessly and it was very comforting on the day of the funeral to be guided professionally through the whole process.

Thank you all so much for all you have done, everyone said how special you made it. Your care of myself, meticulous actions and the friendliness of you all always made me feel special. Thank you for taking the responsibility for all the planning  from my shoulders and puling everything together.
